State Championship Game – Moved to December 7th

STATE GAME CHANGE LEADS TO ADJUSTMENTS IN THE CHSFL END OF SEASON EVENT SCHEDULE

From the CHSFL:  The State Catholic Football Championship game between the CHSFL and MMA league champions has been moved to Sunday, December 7.  The change was necessitated by the record storm that has ravaged the Buffalo area.  Travel bans and safety concerns associated with the storm were also factors in the decision to move the game.  The game which was originally scheduled to be played on November 30th was moved to accommodate the MMA championship game that will now be played on the Saturday, November 29th.  The new site and time for the CHSAA State Football Championship game is Mitchel Field in Uniondale at 2:00 pm on December 7th.  The game will follow the CHSFL  Communion Awards Breakfast which will be held at Kellenberg beginning  with mass at 9:30 am and followed by the awards ceremony.  The Senior Bowl, which was scheduled to be played on the 7th, is now moved to Thursday, December 4th at Hofstra (5:30pm).  College Night will take place at Kellenberg following he Senior Bowl.
